Old country house with annex and plot of land located in a big village near river 20 km away from ferry and border crossing. The property is situated at a quiet side street within the limits of the village and within 7-8 minutes walking distance from the main square, shops, bars, park, post office, mayor`s office and bus stop. The house has one floor and holds corridor, living room and two bedrooms. There is also a basement beneath. Next to it is the annex which has two rooms that used to be kitchen and dining room. The place had been empty for almost a decade now and is in relatively bad condition which corresponds with the asking price for it.
