Bulgarian House offer for sale a rural property in Vratsa region. Very cheap rural property with big potential and quiet location.

Old country house with annex and plot of land located in the outskirts of a big village near river, hills and fields 50 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has one floor and holds five premises – lobby, common room and three more rooms which used to be bedroom, living room and kitchen.
The annex near the main building used to hold big corridor, spacious living room with dining area and kitchenette as well as a separate premise which was used as bathroom.

The property has running water and electricity which are temporarily cut off due to the lack of use and inhabitants but can be restored on demand. The property also has a private water source – a fresh water well which was used in the past for irrigation of the garden.

The village has regular bus links to the town, to the regional city Vratsa and the national capital Sofia . To distance from airport sofia is a 114km.

I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.
