BULGARIAN HOUSE LTD is pleased to offer you this village house for sale with a plot of land and additional buildings situated in Borovan, 30 km from Vratsa and 140 km from Sofia, Bulgaria.
The property is located on a quiet side street with quick access to the main road and another street going to the center of the village. Total living area of the property is 130 sq.m. Disposed between two floors connected via short external staircase. Downstairs one can find two rooms. Upstairs there are corridor and two more rooms. The property had been out of use for many years now and certainly needs repairs. The current owner had started the preparations for the work needed on the house but plans have changed and he does not need the place anymore.
