We are offering for sale house in good condition only 10 km away from the town of Simeonovgard and 37 km from the regional city Haskovo.
The property is solid one, two- storey one with total built up area of 120 sq.m. It is red brick built one.
On the first floor you will find a corridor, two rooms and storage room. External staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find veranda, corridor and three rooms.
The property is electricity and water supplied. Internet and TV can be connected upon request.
