Bulgarian House Agency offers this great property for sale near the Danube River.

The house is an old traditional Bulgarian house on two floors with a total area of 100 sq. m. The first floor has a corridor, a room and a wet room. The second floor has a corridor, two bedrooms and a terrace. An external staircase connects the two floors. The yard has an area of 1200 sq. m. and there are small annexes to it, suitable for a workshop.
There is a shop next to the house, and in the village there are other large shops, restaurants, a library, a church.

The village has many inhabitants, and there are also many foreigners who live here permanently. There is a small harbor on the Danube River 3 km away. 15 km away is the municipal town, where you can find shops and bars, restaurant, school, kindergarten, hospital, library, ferry to Romania, bus transport to the big cities of Vratsa and Pleven and to the capital Sofia.

Sofia Airport is located 250 km away.

I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.
