3% of Global Retail to be expanded in Bulgaria

Our country Bulgaria pertains to one of the most preferred destinations for the aim to expand global retail chains. It holds the 46th position in a report issued by property consultants. About 3% of the international retail chains showed steady interest in expanding their business exactly in this country, a survey reveals. Similar positions have also countries like Macao, India, Serbia, Oman and Greece. Greece is defined as an attractive destination which is appropriate for developing business.
Its position is 44th in the ranking. Romania and Ukraine come next and countries which are not so perspective in terms of business close the chart and hold the bottom positions. European countries tend to be predominant business destinations. Such countries have just won the business competition and they are as follows: Germany, France, the UK, Austria, Spain, Belgium, Sweden, Italy and the Czech Republic.
Besides, European retail chains tend to expand their business activity in countries like Saudi Arabia, China and the United Arab Emirates. Asian retailers also focus on improving the business in China, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. The key factor is the consumer confidence which is the expected outcome.
