Rising of the Bulgarian property sales

Bulgarian property sales are on the rise. The most deals are made in coastal areas, giving credence to the rumours of recovery in the country’s Bulgarian property market.
According to some data of the real estate agency” Bulgarian House”, sales of beach properties have risen by 30 % in the last year. Rise of the sales can be found and in the mountain region, ski resorts.
The segment of the real estate market in Bulgaria has started to recover driven by interest of Russian buyers. They have preferable to buy holiday home (house or apartment) in a warm and sunny place like Bulgaria. The most of the buyers prefer to be close to the sea and have a property with sea views.
The most sales have been made in the third quarter of 2012. The interest this year was focused mainly along the Southern Black Sea coast- Sinemorets, Ahtopol, Sozopol, etc., not only in Sunny Beach, Nessebar.
Investigation in the Bulgarian property market revealed that sales of rural houses rose by 40% in the third quarter of 2012 compared with 2011. Ski resorts as Bansko, Pamporovo, Borovets are also showing increasing of the property sales, specially since the prices fall down in their lowest limit. At the moment the cheapest holiday market in Europe is in Bansko, with prices for prime ski property hitting as low as 300EUR per sq.m.
In the following period , with these adequate pricing of Bulgarian properties will continue to mean a successful and fast sales. The buyers will continue searching of bargain deals, quality properties in 2013.
