The average accommodation prices in the British capital city amounts to EUR 199 for a double room as the price remains fixed throughout the whole month despite the increased interest. The first three positions are held by London, Barcelona and Rome with an average accommodation price of EUR 145 and 169, respectively.
Italy pertains to the chart with four cities. Except for the capital city, Venice, Florence and Milano are enlisted in the top ten. Venice is the most expensive tourist destination with an average accommodation price of EUR 258 as the price increase jumps by 14 % at Easter.
The top Easter destinations in 2014 are as follows Lisbon, Edinburgh, Madrid and Albufeira.
