The house is brick built one on two floors.
Ground floor consists of a small lobby, long wide corridor with an area of kitchenette, living room and a bedroom, storage room and a bathroom with toilet. Internal staircase is connected the two floors. On the upper floor you will find two bedrooms, wide corridor and a balcony.
The proeprty is connected to the main water and electricity supply. Outside needs renovation- modernization work. Inside some work has been done.
New wiring on the ground floor, new ceiling in the corridor downstairs, new floors in some of the rooms (new wooden floor in one of the premises, another room and corridor with terracotta tiles flooring) as well as new chimneys are some of the small renovations applied to the place. The village has regular bus connection with several other towns and settlements in the area as well as with the regional capital Vratsa and the national capital city Sofia. The main business in the area is farming due to the good climate and rich soil. There is also a nice river passing just outside the village thus providing great spots for fishing and camping.
