Old country house with annex and plot of land located in a big village near river 20 km away from ferry and border crossing. The property is situated at a quiet side street within the limits of the village and within 7-8 minutes walking distance from the main square, shops, bars, park, post office, mayor`s office and bus stop. The house has one floor and holds corridor, living room and two bedrooms. There is also a basement beneath. Next to it is the annex which has two rooms that used to be kitchen and dining room. The place had been empty for almost a decade now and is in relatively bad condition which corresponds with the asking price for it. The structure of the house is solid and sound but together with the annex, both buildings require substantial repairs. The property offers a spacious yard which currently is a bit overgrown and had turned into a small forest. This is due also to the very rich and fertile soil in the area of the village which combined with the plenty of sunlight that the place gets make vegetation growth extensive.
