Batishnitsa is a village in Northern Bulgaria. It is located in the municipality of Dve Mogili, Ruse region.

It is 43 km southwest of the center of the city of Ruse, 8 km south of the city of Dve Mogili, 201 km northwest of the city of Varna and 269 km northeast of the city of Sofia.

The Ruse-Podkova railway line passes 2 km from the village. There is daily bus transport to the cities of Dve Mogili and Ruse.

The village of Batishnitsa is located in the eastern part of the Danube Plain, at an altitude of about 100 m. The relief is flat and hilly, and the climate is temperate continental. The summers here are dry and hot, and the winters are cold.

The population is approximately 740 people.

Batishnitsa is a well-developed village, electrified, water-supplied and with established communication networks. There is a town hall, a community center with a library, an Orthodox church, a mosque, health care and various commercial establishments. In the municipal town of Dve Mogili there are working schools, kindergartens and a polyclinic.

I first found this company on the internet and found the site really easy to understand and gave me alot of information! I arranged to go over for a viewing trip in November 2010 with a friend as my husband couldnt make it. We were pick up from sofia airport. over the next 5days we went from one end of Bulgaria to the other covering over 1600km (Bulgaria is Beautiful)Each night we stayed in a different hotel, which was checked every time to see if it was to our liking!They even took us to a chemist to get us something for our coughs!!! Dont think an English Estate agent would of done that!! We were looked after the WHOLE time and they answered all of my questions, some times over and over again!! They have helped with paperwork and accounts which have to be set up! NOTHING was tooo much trouble for these lovley,lovely people and im buying with confidence!
