It stands less than 20 km away from Yambol and 120 km away from the Black Sea Coast and the Bourgas International Airport. Plenty of authentic houses, captivating nature, amazing panoramic views and clean environment are the main features of the village in the Tundzha Municipality. In the immediate vicinity there is a big dam lake which provides very good possibilities for fishing.
If you would love to live permanently in such a lovely rural countryside – no problem, all the essential amenities for comfortable living are offered in the village: regular public transport to the closest inhabited places, local food shops, a post office and others. The area is easily accessible even in the winter months because the house stands on an asphalt road and the infrastructure of the village is also well developed!

We can certainly recommend this company. They are profesional and extremely helpful. You hear many frightening stories of foreigners getting ripped off in Bulgaria by rogue agents and con men. The owners of this company could teach the English estate agents a lesson or two in customer care. Nothing is too much trouble to them. The whole buying experience went extremely smooothly.
