One of the most frequent visited and desirable ski resorts ,Pamporovo, is about 40 km away from the two-storey house. The stunningly beautiful village where the house stands is in Southern Bulgaria right in the central part of the Rhodope Mountains. Its distinctive features are the enchanting ancient architecture and the splendid nature attracting a considerable number of tourists from the country and from abroad.

At an altitude of 720 m it is one of the most picturesque settlements in Bulgaria! Normal amenities such as food shops, cafes and regular bus lines are available in the village. The Bulgarian property in a marvellous mountainous region represents a spacious house available for sale with a well-sized garden and one parking lot. The total accommodation is 110 sq.m and the area covered by the piece of land is 900 sq.m.

Here Kiki being an expert and having everything worked out professionally, means this will also go quickly and easily. I feel like I snapped my fingers and it was over because of Kiki making everything so easy for me. I now own my dream country home that my family and I will love to fix up and enjoy. Kiki went an extra step to send updated photographs to me, and I was so pleased to see there were extra rooms in the house that I had not seen in the listing, and lovely buildings on the edge of the property which I am thrilled about.
