This beautiful Bulgarian two-storey property is located at the foot of the magnificent Rila Mountain 61 km southeast from the capital city of Sofia in the town center of Kostenets. The nearest towns are Ihtiman (17 km), Dolna Banya and the world famous ski resort of Borovets (28 km). The town of Kostenets is surrounded by three national SPA resorts – Momin Prohod, Vili Kostenets and Pchelinski Bani which are characterized by warm mineral springs. These springs have healing alkaline water that is suitable for SPA and balneological procedures.
