The house was built in 1985 and has living area of 160sq.m. First floor consists of two rooms and a storage room. External staircase leads to the second floor where there are three bedrooms, bathroom with toilet and a balcony. Second floor is habitable. First floor needs some renovation work.

I can honestly say that Kiki made the house buying experience in Bulgaria wonderful from start to finish. Because of Covid, we were unable to visit the property (which we bought one year prior to being able to visit it). Kiki faithfully sent photos, videos, arranged insurance, organised all legal matters, her husband even helped fix our shower!
