The property is located on a quiet side street with quick access to the main road and another street going to the center of the village. Total living area of the property is 130 sq.m. Disposed between two floors connected via short external staircase. Downstairs one can find two rooms. Upstairs there are corridor and two more rooms. The property had been out of use for many years now and certainly needs repairs. The current owner had started the preparations for the work needed on the house but plans have changed and he does not need the place anymore. Besides the house one can find several more buildings in the plot. There is an annex situated behind the main building. That structure is currently in very poor state and should be rebuild in order to be used again. On the other side of the house are the garage and the foundations laid for a workshop and storage.
