Bulgarian property for sale in the village of Boyanovo only 12 km from Elhovo town, 90km from Burgas and the sea and 40 km to the Turkish border. Very good investment with a good property in a nice area. The property is situated at the edge of a nice village with views towards the fields. The total built up area is 110 sq.m. On the first floor of the property there is a large room. External staircase leads to the upper floor where there are three bedrooms ( one is external and can be entered from the stairs directly, and the other two are internal), a corridor and a terrace view of the entire village.

The village has a mayoralty, post office, community center, shops, cafes, restaurants, primary school, high school, kindergarten, medical center, church, regular transport to the town of Elhovo. The village has internet and mobile access, as well as cable TV. Many English families live permanently in the village. About 540 people live in the village. A river flows nearby, there are lakes and forests suitable for fishing, hunting and nature walks. The house is located on the outskirts of the village, on a quiet and cobbled street, accessible all year round.
