‘’Bulgarian House’’ would like to offer for sale this nice cozy rural single-storey house. It is located in a peaceful village in Stara Zagora region. The pretty village is an ideal place for relaxation and rural tourism. It is surrounded by a lovely pine forest that makes the air extremely fresh.

The nearest town is Kazanlak located at a distance of 9 km. The district center is Stara Zagora and the distance to it is 28 km. It is a friendly village in the so called Rose Valley and offers amenities such as food shops, a guest house, a post office and regular bus lines to the nearest settlements. The nearest airport is situated in the city of Plovdiv at a distance of 100 km.

The Rose Valley is distinguished for unique natural beauty, mild climate and sites worthy of visiting! There are culturally significant monuments in the region such as tombs of Thracian kings and various churches. If you adore sightseeing, this is probably the right spot for you because the village is surrounded by various beautiful towns close to the majestic Balkan Mountains.

The lovely tourist town of Shipka is located 12 km far from the town of Kazanlak and it is an important cultural site that fascinates its visitors with its illustrious location and beautiful monuments. There you can find a Russian Church. The town of Kazanlak, also known as the town of Roses is famous for the cultural event called the Rose Festival that is organized every year and that attracts visitors from all over the world.

Another lovely small town near the village is Pavel Banya (6 km). There is a center for rehabilitation, balneology and SPA therapy. A large dam lake is situated close to the village (7 km). In the vicinity you can enjoy fishing, hunting and mountaineering.

The lovely house we offer has living space of 90 sq.m and its huge garden spreads over 1785 sq.m. Its living area is distributed between two floors. On the ground floor you can find a basement divided into two parts (26 sq.m) and the first floor incorporates two rooms and a corridor.

Probably the best estate agent in Bulgaria. As a recently married couple looking to give up the grind of 8-6 mon-fri rat-race lifestyle... but without enough money to actually do so at home in the UK. We have always been adventurous, but after watching the series ‘Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild’, the idea of just quitting our jobs and moving away to start something completely new, suddenly seemed very doable. In order to view some of these properties, in the beginning, we were in talks with a number of different agents and even a lawyer!, but the only person who actually seemed to care about helping us find our dream home that was right for us (and not about taking our money), was a lady called Kiki from BulgarianHouse.com.
