Our agency -BULGARIAN HOUSE is offering for sale this Old rural property with plot of land and quiet location in a mountain village 30 km away from the town of Montana, Bulgaria. The property is situated on a small, sunny hill within the limits of the settlement and has good road connection. The house has two floors connected by external staircase made of solid stone blocks. The ground level consists of three big premises which used to be storage rooms. The second floor has short corridor leading to a big common room from which one can get to three other premises. The house was used occasionally in the last several years but is in overall good state. It has running water and electricity. Sofia International Airport is about two hours away from here if you take the road going through the Petrohan mountain pass. I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work.
