We offer for purchase a rural Bulgarian property in the village of Ovchi Kladents, Yambol region. But at the same time the village is almost at same distance between the cities Elhovo, Topolovgrad , Radnevo and Yambol and at the same time 70 km to the Turkish border.

The house has a living area around 100 sq.m and very vast garden of 2800 sq.m. The property is brick built one on two floors. There are three rooms and a corridor on each one floor. Between 1st and 2nd floor there is external staircase.
