Cheap Rural Bulgarian property for sale in the village of Svetlina, Topolovgard municipality, Haskovo region.
The house comes with a living area of around 90 sq.m and garden of 1300 sq.m. First floor is stone built one and has solid construction. It consists of two rooms and a small closet room. External staircase leads to the upper floor where there are another two rooms with a closet room. 2nd floor is mud brick built one. There is a well for irrigation as well which is located at the edge of the yard at the southern part of the garden . Although I don’t speak Bulgarian language but Kiki helped me as a translator and we shared common interests for more than an hour. After finishing our discussion she walked out and brought for me a fresh fruits from her garden, a symbol of love being her new neighbor. As mentioned above, she represented us on the purchase side of the transaction. She is very smart and transactions can sometime become very complex. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution.
