The village is 7 km from the town of General Toshevo and the border with Romania, 32 km from Dobrich, 25 km from Durankulak and 80 km from Varna. In this very well arranged village, there is a primary school, a community center, a kindergarten, a doctor's office, an Orthodox church, many grocery stores, a post office, a town hall, a park with fitness equipment.
The village is fully electrified and water-supplied. The roads are in excellent condition. Regular bus transport connects the village with the towns of Dobrich and General Toshevo and the neighboring villages. The Kardam-Sofia railway line passes through the village. The population is about 1,000 people. Many foreigners chose it as their permanent home in Bulgaria.

I can honestly say that Kiki made the house buying experience in Bulgaria wonderful from start to finish. Because of Covid, we were unable to visit the property (which we bought one year prior to being able to visit it). Kiki faithfully sent photos, videos, arranged insurance, organised all legal matters, her husband even helped fix our shower! When the time came that we were able to come to Bulgaria Kiki and her partner drove out to visit it with us and even helped us meet the neighbour.
