Снижение уровня цен за студии в Софии- 700 евро кв.м. Много разнообразный оказался рынок для недвижимости в Софии, это видно в течение последнего месяца на уже прошлого 2012 года. Заметили новый тренд цен на недвижимостей в болгарской столице, а именно возвращение уровня цен на студию (апартамент с одной спальней) за 700 евро за квадратный метр. В течение одного месяца, снижение цен на эти свойства составляет около 5%. От 711 евро за квадратный в начале декабря прошлого года до 677 евро в месяц позже. По сравнению с ценами на двухкомнатные квартиры в столице Болгарии, цены на недвижимость по-прежнему являются стабильным, даже цена немного увеличилась с 1,2% до 710 евро за квадратный метр в прошлом месяце. Та же тенденция может обнаружить и за трехкомнатные свойства при среднем повышении цен примерно на 1%, т.е. до 715 евро за квадратный метр.
По другому обстоит дело с свойствами, которые сдаются в аренду. Несмотря на падение цен спрос на однокомнатные имущества, цены на аренду выросли на 2,3% до 3,61 лева за кв.м.. Цены на аренду в течение двух и трехкомнатные квартиры упали на 1,8 и 1,5 процента до 3,25 левов за кв.м.

As a recently married couple looking to give up the grind of 8-6 mon-fri rat-race lifestyle... but without enough money to actually do so at home in the UK. We have always been adventurous, but after watching the series ‘Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild’, the idea of just quitting our jobs and moving away to start something completely new, suddenly seemed very doable. We booked some tickets and flew over to see how it could be possible to buy a whole house for less than your standard deposit back home. In order to view some of these properties, in the beginning, we were in talks with a number of different agents and even a lawyer!, but the only person who actually seemed to care about helping us find our dream home that was right for us (and not about taking our money), was a lady called Kiki from BulgarianHouse.com. So after coming home, now with a better understanding of what your money can buy, the different things to look out for and the vastly different regions of the country, we asked Kiki to assist us with our search. With this newfound knowledge and her help, we quickly condensed a list of 30 potentials down to just 2, and then after Kiki did some investigation into the legal side of both the properties, we made our choice. When it comes to customer service, she helped us every step of the way, from suggesting houses that offered what we were looking for to guiding us through the legal process and completing the sale. She has consistently delivered on her promises and has always been just a phone call or message away - Which actually helped alleviate a lot of the possible anxiety linked to buying a house in another country… Not to mention choosing to do right in the middle of the Brexit negotiations.
