I can honestly say that Kiki made the house buying experience in Bulgaria wonderful from start to finish. Because of Covid, we were unable to visit the property (which we bought one year prior to being able to visit it). Kiki faithfully sent photos, videos, arranged insurance, organised all legal matters, her husband even helped fix our shower! When the time came that we were able to come to Bulgaria Kiki and her partner drove out to visit it with us and even helped us meet the neighbour. There is no way that we would have gotten such a personalised and 'above and beyond' service in the uk. We can certainly recommend this company. They are profesional and extremely helpful. You hear many frightening stories of foreigners getting ripped off in Bulgaria by rogue agents and con men. The owners of this company could teach the English estate agents a lesson or two in customer care. Nothing is too much trouble to them. The whole buying experience went extremely smooothly. They took care of setting up bank accounts for us, both personal and the required buisness account. Registering the property and sorting utility bills.
